Zeit f\u00fcr eine Tarte.<\/p>\n<p><u>Zutaten f\u00fcr den Teig:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>250 g Mehl<\/p>\n<p>50 g Puderzucker<\/p>\n<p>150 g weiche Butter<\/p>\n<p>1EL Milch<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst Mehl, Puderzucker und Butter vermischen, dann die Milch dazu geben. Zu einem einheitlichen Teig verkneten.<\/p>\n<p>Ausrollen und in einer gefetteten Tarteform andr\u00fccken. Speisest\u00e4rke und Zucker unterr\u00fchren. Buttermilch, Zitronensaft und geschmolzene Butter dazu geben und kurz verr\u00fchren.
